The EFB is a useful instrument
- to increase the engagement of your group members to physical activity and
- to motivate and convince inactive people to develop a more active lifestyle
You can offer the EFB in several situations:
You put the results of your participants in the EFB-Data platform. You will directly get the individual results and certificate. With these results you should counsel your participants improving their fitness level.
To apply the test you need a specific qualification. Therefore, please contact the responsible organization in your country.
In the further education you will get
- the EFB handbook with detailed test descriptions and material for executing the EFB and
- the login access to the EFB-Data platform.
